1. How to place order with Yardley Pastry?

2. What are the storage condition for our products? 
Yardley Pastry’s cake rolls and Panna Cotta must be kept in refrigerator for freshness and quality.
Our products are best to be consumed within 2-3 days after day of purchase.

3. Any delivery services provided?
Yes, delivery services are provided. Our appointed courier company, Ta-Q-Bin ensures that our products are well kept under low-temperature. However due to unforseen circumstances delivery might be delayed. The courier company will still try their best to ensure the delivery to reach on the same day itself. Customers are reminded to consider the delivery duration and risks involved before placing order. Tracking for delivery status with the tracking number is available at http://my.ta-q-bin.com. 

4.What are the differences between our Milk Roll and Blancmange Series?
- Our Milk Rolls are filled with cream fillings made from fresh milk imported from New Zealand. The cream we use has got a melting point is slightly lower than human's temperature and thus melts in your mouth, which makes our cakes distinctly different from others.
- Our Blancmange Rolls contains additional Panna Cotta squares, which taste like milk pudding but slightly firmer in texture. The Blancmange Rolls are among the best selling products online in Taiwan.

5. Why makes our cake rolls different from others?
We use high quality and fresh ingredients imported from places like New Zealand, France, Taiwan and Japan! Our cakes are made of pure milk in substitution of water, with LESS sugar, LESS oil. NO preservatives, NO trans fat, NO emulsifier used in the process of making to suit the modern healthy lifestyle. The complexity in baking process yet preserving the originality of the ingredients hence contributes to the higher cost of our products.

6. What does the date labelled on the box indicate?
The date is manufacturing date, all cake roll which bake before 12pm will be mark as same day. Cakes baked fter 12pm bake cake roll will labelled as following day.

Yardley Pastry 蛋糕与意式奶酪一律需要冷藏保存,以保持蛋糕的味道及口感。
最佳赏味期为购买后冷藏2!建议3天内吃完!

3.蛋糕有提供delivery吗?由谁delivery呢?
。由于蛋糕需要保持冷藏,所以我们会以低温宅配の方式运输,务求把最好品质的蛋糕送到您手上!本店只负责蛋糕烘制,产品均是交由Ta-Q-Bin宅急便公司负责运送,下单后在宅配前一天会提供您Tracking Number 可以到http://my.ta-q-bin.com查询包裹进展,由于路况无法预测,我们与宅配公司都尽量做得最好,但意外发生在所难免,我们无法保证100%在时段内送达,还请顾客见谅,无法接受意外或完美主义者请谨慎下单,谢谢

4.牛奶卷系列与奶冻卷系列有什么差别?
- 牛奶卷是采用纽西兰直接进口的鲜奶所调制而成的牛奶陷,它的熔点在人体温度以下,所以吃起来会有入口即化的感觉,与市面上生日蛋糕普遍用的奶油是不同的东西哦!
- 奶冻卷是蛋糕正中间会有一块四方的奶冻,它就像是布丁,但口感会比布丁稍微硬一些,这可是在台湾网络团购最哈的产品哦!

5.为什么市面上或Pasar Malam等地方所卖的蛋糕卷与我们的价格有差?
我们Yardley Pastry采用日式牛奶蛋糕,做法都是纯手工真材实料,蛋糕都是采用鲜奶不添加任何一滴水做的!
少糖少油,并且坚持3无!无防腐剂!无反式脂肪!无化学乳化剂!
并且食材几乎都选用国外进口,例如纽西兰、法国、台湾、日本等地!
为符合现代人追求健康与美味的生活方式,制程上我们也选用较繁复的做法,并严选食材以求达到自然与美味兼具!也因此本店蛋糕产品均需冷藏食用!
单是材料费,还没包括人工与水电等,就已相当于或超过别人蛋糕卷的卖价,这就是售价为何会有差的原因。

6.蛋糕卷上的日期是?
蛋糕卷上的日期均是生产日期。制订方式为当天12pm前烘制的蛋糕均是放当天的日期,超过12pm烘制的一律放隔天的日期!
